To which countries do I deliver?
At the moment the zone of delivery of my clothing items is restricted to the European Union which are the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Still this can change in the future.
How much are the shipping costs?
CLOTHING ITEMS:
For local delivery (which is to Germany): 5,00€
For delivery within the European Union (besides Germany): 11,50€
How long does the delivery take?
Usually within 3 – 7 working days of your order being placed depending on the destination.
What are the delivery days?
The delivery days are from Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
Which delivery service delivers the order?
Currently I am shipping my products with DHL (Deutsche Post DHL Group).
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been successfully shipped, there will be a link to shipment tracking of your order added in the email of your order confirmation.
What kind of packaging do I use?
Your order is packaged in form of a paper delivery box.

What should I do if I receive a damaged order?
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please document it by taking a picture and contact me at contact@bytrueno.com as soon as possible.

If you suspect that your order might have been lost through the post (has not arrived after the estimated delivery time) please contact me at contact@bytrueno.com
In some cases your package may be waiting for you at your local post office.
